“We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge was really clean wit amazing, open spaces and a nice pool. The washroom was clean and the rooms were really comfortable with AC and multiple beds, towels, and some blankets. Raquel was an awesome host and gave us really great recommendations nearby including restaurants and a convenience store. We weren't expecting so many critters but it was easy to keep them out of the bedrooms and didn't interfere much with our stay. It was such a good environment to...
