“Loved it”

“Great pool”

“Delightful from start to finish. Free parking, ease of access to our lovely large room with big balcony facing the water. Neat kitchenette and good sized bathroom with spa bath as well as large walk in shower. King bed super comfy. Staff so helpful and friendly and dinner at the restaurant underneath was terrific.”

“I would not recommend this place at all. I actually left one night earlier than planned because I couldn’t sleep due to bugs in the mattress. I was itching all night. The accommodation was extremely dirty, especially under the beds, and the rooms were full of dust. There was no daily cleaning service, and there weren’t even any cleaning supplies available for guests to clean up themselves. Towels were not changed daily either. You had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels. Overall, a...

“Air condition was not working at all. There was no stove, kitchen towel was old and dirty.”

“The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too.”

“This hotel feels fresh and modern after its recent updates, and the staff truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotless with beautiful new fixtures, and the team goes out of their way to help with recommendations and local requests, making our stay smooth and stress-free”

“Room was way more modern thatn i expected; would happuly stay again.”

“Property was close to all the areas I wanted to go to in Forster. Very friendly staff”

“My 2nd stay here within a few months. Will be back again soon.”

“A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!”

“Check in process was efficient. Bathroom had bad smell, and there was no hand soap and only tiny shower soap available.”

“Really nice stay. We were in the accessible cabin. My only complaint was the bathroom floor flooded with every shower - made fit wet feet after a night time visit.”

“Laundry facility very good”

“Extremely clean and tidy, staff very helpful. We have rebooked for another stay.”

“On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach. This is a great place to make it home base while you travel around the Manning and Great Lakes area. Great place to stay if or on your own or with...
