“一泊二食付きのプランで宿泊。バイキングの料理はまぁまぁかな？でも海鮮関係はとても美味しかったので海鮮メニューをもう少し増やしたらもっといいのになと思った。 敷地内に天文館があり大きな望遠鏡で月や、星。そして土星の観察が出来たのは凄く良かった。 大浴場のシャンプー、リンス、ボディーシャンプーがPOLAだったのに部屋のは違うものだったのでPOLAだったら良かったです。 フロントの方、売店の方、レストランの方はとても笑顔で接客してくれたのでとても良かったです。 又泊まりに行きたいなと思いました。”

“島にあるホテルなので、船で送迎してくれます。普段、海のない所に住んでいる私たちにとって非日常的で旅の気分が上がります。 建物自体は古く恐らくは和テイストを、南国リゾート風に仕上げられた感じですが、楽しめました。 スタッフの対応はとても気持ちの良いもので、快適な時間でした。 部屋に付いている露天風呂は、陶器のバスタブで入った感触が最高です。”

“È stata la peggiore esperienza. L’hotel è vecchio e polveroso, lo staff per niente disponibile. Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio e ci viene comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta alle 15;00 costringendoci ad aspettare fuori sotto la pioggia, visto che nell’hotel non c’è alcun ristorante. Abbiamo dovuto prendere uno shuttle bus per andare alla stazione di Toba alla ricerca di un ristorante. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo trovato l’ennesima brutta sorpresa al check out: tassa...

“9月の日曜日に家族（大人2、3歳1）で宿泊しました。エレベーターやビュッフェなど、混雑の口コミが多かったので心配していましたが大丈夫でした。（エレベーターは、くるまで少し待ちますが乗れなかったことは1度も無かったです。） ただ、ホテルの部屋数は多いので土曜日宿泊やハイシーズンはかなり待つだろうなと思います。 スペイン村から近く、値段も安くて満足です。 ラウンジのちょっとしたオヤツ、お風呂上がりの冷凍みかんやアイスで子供も終始楽しそうでした。 16時頃チェックインしましたが、5分ほどでキーも受け取れてストレス無く楽しめました。”

“The staff have been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location is lovely. It’s better to bring food with you as there is not much to eat around if you don’t have a car, and the taxi to/from Ugata station is about 2000 yen. The pool is a perfect depth for small children. Love the old fashioned bathtub but children and the elderly might need some help getting in and out. We will definitely be coming back!”
