Very Bad experience

Hotel is in very bad condition, lots of basic things need repair. Waiting area has very old and looks like 60 years old and leather roping off and bed mattress have spring coming out and real safety hazard, looks never had maintenance. since it built.

Good arrangement

I arranged for airport pickup and dropoff and they arrange very well. Emailed me for details and was very helpful. Room is decent.

Nice and secure hotle in a safe area

It was our firs time to stay in a hotel close to the airport. We were not sure about the location,safety and facilities. Once we got there everything was more than we expected. Especially the customer service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big,clean and had wifi internet facilities. There was big shopping centre close by and green streets to walk around. It was truly value for the money and would difinitley recommended.

Please stay away - Horrible Place

Please do not be fooled by the apparent fake reviews on tripadvisor about this horrible place. It is a small, extremely old, deteriorating property. Room was littered with old, crumbling furniture and EXTREMELY COLD. The tinny gas/electric heater could not possibly warm up the place even at 12:00 PM. Toilets had one tinny rag called a towel with a tinny cheap soap. We would have indeed gotten sick had we decided to stay for more than 3 hours. I spoke to so called, infamous, Mr. Karim about forfeiting couple of nights of fee (I had booked for 9 nights) but he bluntly refused to refund a single dollar. He was willing to do me a huge favour of not charging me 1000 PKR for airport transfer but I couldn't possibly tolerate that and I paid him that as well before I departed and he shamelessly accepted that money as well. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this filthy property from their listing altogether as it is indeed a scam.
