Omgosh GREAT stay. The house was SPOTLESS & very well appointed. Nice furnishings without being over the top or too sparse. Good amenities & stocked perfectly.The unit has 2 upstairs BR w King beds & private en suite baths, and 1 BR with a Queen bed on the main floor, also with its own en suite bath. Additionally there was a 1/2 bath on the main floor. One of the King BRs has its own porch.We were just a few steps from the very well layed-out dock where we went Paddleboarding/kayaking every day. The property is private and safe. We & everyone else staying there kept our SUPs/kayaks near the water in an area set-up for them which was so convenient. (We did carry our paddles & life-jackets back to the unit everyday and kept those items on our porch).The dock was clean and useful. We didn’t use the pool but our in-laws did. It is very well situated and nice. I’m not sure whether it was heated, as we were in the natural water everyday. The area around Little Basin Villas was so fun to Paddleboard in. There are several mangrove islands to explore, which we did.The unit is also close to several good restaurants.Lastly, management was very responsive, friendly & helpful whether it was relaying info about check-in/check-out, where we could rent bikes & water toys, & we also had 2 Christmas package hiccups they were super helpful with. It was honestly my best ever VRBO experience & I would not hesitate to stay with or recommend them in the future. 5/5 Stars Would Recommend.
