The property is absolutely beautiful, the pictures of it on the website does not do it justice. The views are stunning and the neighborhood is beautiful. The hosts were great. Only problem was the air conditioning never worked.

Yellowstone Family Vacation

The location and home are beautiful. it was large enough to accommodate our family of 20. I think it is a better place to stay in the summer than winter. There are three garages but only one that was able to be used (lots of snow). The entrance and decks were not shoveled when we arrived. The property manager helped us obtain access to the home due to problems with the access key on front door and had the maintenance person plow the driveway when people were trying to leave for home.

A Special Family Trip

We had 16 family members coming from CA, TX, FL, and LA to tour Yellowstone. We didn't want to stay in a hotel, so we found this fabulous house in Island Park, ID that is about 40 miles outside of the West Entrance to Yellowstone. The house was perfect for our stay. Many of the group were away during the day, but we loved hanging out at the house together in the evenings - cooking and enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. The kids loved playing pool and ping pong in the downstairs entertainment area. The kitchen was a great size for our group and contained all of the pots, cooking utensils, etc. that we needed. There were also a lot of spices there for us to use. Everyone agreed that it was our best family trip yet and a big part of that was because of this special house that we came home to every evening. Our host, Stephanie, was very quick to respond both to the questions I had before our stay as well as to the few little things that needed attention during our stay. I really enjoyed working with her and I highly recommend this house to any large group that wants to have very comfortable rooms and surroundings for everyone! We even saw a moose on the road in the neighborhood one morning on our drive in to Yellowstone! Thank you, Stephanie!

Great Property!

This house was wonderful! We had a big group of family staying at the house -- and it was great! I thought it was wonderful that the house had plenty of mats that the kids could put on the floor, plenty of seating for family dinners and so many outdoor spaces! We absolutely loved our time at the house!! The layout of the house was a little bit different than the listing -- there were 3 rooms with king-size beds, a room with 3 queen beds, and then there was a room with 2 queen beds and a futon, and there was a room with a couch bed. The theatre room also had couches. It absolutely worked for our family. We had an issue with the hot tub, but the owner was so great with communication and getting the pool guy out to the house to fix the issue. We have plans to stay here again in the future!

Family fishing trip

The property manager was quick to respond to all of my questions. Highly recommend this property. The grandchildren loved jumping in the lake and then using the hot tub. The pool table was a big hit. 7 bathrooms was a real plus!

Great 3rd stay!

We’ve stayed here three summers in a row as a family of 19 and it sleeps all of us comfortably. Prime location and so nice to be right on the lake in a nice area. Plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. The kids love hanging in the hot tub straight off the lake and we enjoy our stay here.

It was an awesome place and my family had a wonderful time. The only complaint was the hot tub. We did not use it at all cause the water was milky and gross looking.

This place is AWESOME!!

My family loved this place! There is plenty of room and each bedroom had its own bathroom and that was wonderful. The house had so many kitchen gadgets and spices. We couldn't find the kayaks but the weather was not suitable for the water anyway. This place could only be better if the weather had been warmer. If you are considering this place in July/August you won't be disappointed. When asking our children where to go next they all said "let's come back here in mid-summer.'

An amazing stay - we will definitely return

We were 13 people - 4 families with adult kids. One of our best stays thanks to the thoughtfully put up home. Everyone had a great time with enough amenities and fun things to do for all. Loved the attention to details and the number of bathrooms. The lake, hot tub, outdoor seatings, multiple fireplaces and overall privacy of the hike made this a memorable trip for all of us. Thanks for making this a great trip for us!!

The property was amazing, no ridiculous cleaning instructions. Just matter of fact info, your in the woods, there will be bugs, close the doors! Perfect for our group We did a snowmobiling trip just a few miles away Amazing property, I can only imagine what it would be like in the summer
