The Space

With two full bathrooms, Old Yeller ensures a comfortable stay. One features a shower/tub combo, perfect for a relaxing soak, The second has a walk-in shower for quick refreshment after a day of exploring. A full-size washer and dryer are available, with laundry soap provided—making it easy to freshen up during your stay.

The large front deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing, while the beautiful firepit area invites cozy gatherings and late-night storytelling. Nestled on a third of an acre of heavily wooded land, Old Yeller offers plenty of room to roam. The entire property is open for guests to enjoy, and the back of the cabin borders a national forest, offering endless opportunities for peaceful walks, wildlife spotting, and adventure.

Old Yeller has plenty of stairs, including on the deck and inside the home. They’re a bit steep, so just keep that in mind as you move around.

This is a classic, older-style cabin, which means it has a few quirks that add to its charm. The property runs on a private well, so you might notice some discoloration in the water from natural minerals—but rest assured, it's completely safe to drink. For extra convenience, there’s a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for fresh, filtered water.
