The Buffalo River House: Riverfront Luxury, Close to Yellowstone

After a day of exploring, relax in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and ample cookware. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit or unwind in the brand-new hot tub under the stars. For indoor entertainment, the cabin features Smart TVs in each bedroom and three of the four living areas.

"The Buffalo River House" is perfect for all seasons. In winter, warm up by the propane fireplace after thrilling snowmobiling or ATV adventures on nearby trails. During the warmer months, fish in the Buffalo River or explore the Island Park Reservoir, Henrys Lake, and Henrys Fork. Yellowstone National Park's west entrance is just a 35-minute drive away, offering endless exploration opportunities.

With accommodations for up to 15 guests, including king, queen, twin, and bunk beds, "The Buffalo River House" provides ample space. Convenience is key with amenities like WiFi, two washers and dryers, a dishwasher, three refrigerators, and a garage for gear storage. Note that air conditioning is available only in the upstairs king bedroom; ceiling and floor fans, along with the refreshing mountain air, will keep you cool in summer.

Families with young children will find two pack-and-plays available; please bring your own linens.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove. Due to liability, we do not provide kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
