“Pros: Great location, lovely beach access, friendly staff. Cons: Very noisy, you can hear footsteps constantly if you are not on the top floor. Made sleeping very difficult. Breakfast buffet is very limited. Pros outweigh the cons however. ”

“Kristina and her staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. The back villa came with amazing views with loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the raised deck views. Bikes and kayaks were available for use and allowed us to see three turtles in the lagoon while paddling on three separate days. Loungers were also available for use on the beach. “El personal de recepción fue lo peor de la estancia. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación de otra categoría inferior a la que reservamos, aunque al quejarnos, nos cambiaron de inmediato. No tenían muchas ganas de agradar. Por lo demás, el hotel está muy bien y la comida es muy buena. Un detalle feo es que después de pagar un precio elevado por la habitación, en el desayuno, si quieres pedir un café que no sea de filtro o unos huevos, te cobren extra.”

“Perfect for family. Has got everything you need from towels, toiletries. Free water jug and dispenser which is very thoughtful. Loved the mini pool. Only issue i had was lack of communication. I didn't know how to get into property when we arrrived at airport as didn't get any email response to my query.
