“The location was excellent, with great swimming and ability to walk to a choice of cafe, and bar/restaurants (2). The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Dylan was super helpful and has a excellent relaxed demeanour. We had the budget rooms, which provided everything we required, in this tropical paradise.”

“Take ear plugs! The Roosters never shut up! The facilities are basic, but clean and OK. Pool is OK as long as large groups don't take over. Nautilus staff we found dismissive, Muri staff more pleasant. BBQ area is nice but the hot plates are old and barely heat meaning without an over, self catering is challenging. Good proximity to beach and great use of snorkles / kayak / reef shoes etc.”

“Aroa Kainga is one of the best places we ever stayed at. The bungalow and the veranda offer plenty of space and the kitchen is perfectly equiped - you'll find everything you need if you wish to cook your own meals. Location is particularly good if you are into snorkelling as the nearby beach is the best snorkelling place in Rarotonga. “Pleasant rural outlook, away from area of bars and resorts, but a short drive to Muri shops, beach and dining. It is a comfortable apartment. The driveway is a bit rough, and I was glad to have got a taxi there, and hired a car next day, as it would have been hard to find in the dark.”

“El personal de recepción fue lo peor de la estancia. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación de otra categoría inferior a la que reservamos, aunque al quejarnos, nos cambiaron de inmediato. No tenían muchas ganas de agradar. Por lo demás, el hotel está muy bien y la comida es muy buena. Un detalle feo es que después de pagar un precio elevado por la habitación, en el desayuno, si quieres pedir un café que no sea de filtro o unos huevos, te cobren extra.”
