“Cute little cool room just outside of porstmouth nh. Loved the rocking chairs on the farmers porch. There were snacks and refreshments available in the lobby. Very comfortable bed. Didn't expect to be on the 3rd floor, fortunately we were cqpab of taking the stairs. Will definitely go back. ”

“Check in was a little confusing but everyone was so nice! (We had to find the host at the restaurant). That said, the room was cozy, comfortable and SPOTLESS clean! This is an older building with New England charm that is beautifully clean and lovely. Location cannot be better, as it’s right in the commercial center of York. We ate at the restaurant twice and everyone was lovely. Will absolutely recommend this Inn!”

“This place is beautiful! Well kept and very quiet with the exception of the A/C unit that it was loud! The staff was very very friendly and helpful! I had some specific request and they helped me every single time. The restaurant had great food and views of the water. ”

“Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds...
