“Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant and very obliging and helpful. However there was one member of the reception staff who when we presented him with a problem promised to look into it but never got back to us. Our room was very tired looking with chips all around the coffee table and the furniture was all a very dark brown. “The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”
