“Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.”

“The hotel was clean, room was comfortable, staff were polite and it was good value for money. However it was really dated - the hotel, room and breakfast all felt we were back in the 1970s.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”

“The hotel is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious and the all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bus stop going into St Helier is right outside. The included breakfast is good too. Only gripe is the shower took a long time before any hot water arrived. Maybe that was just my room though. Altogether excellent.”
