“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

“From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. The rooms are very comfortable the bed linen is superb plenty of tea and coffee. “This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. “Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.”
