“This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. “Excellent Room, Fabulous sea view only downside was the bathroom could do with an upgrade, although it was perfectly functional. Also it would be good to have a fridge in the room. Swimming pool good but it would have been even better if it was located at the front of the hotel, to get the afternoon sun. Dining room very good, service excellent, but would be better if there was fresh fruit on offer for breakfast. Parking excellent”

“Very disappointed, it was like a hostel and it was very noisy. I think we were the only guests in amongst all contractors staying there. The pool that was advertised was not functional and hadn’t been for a long time by the looks of it. There was no pool table as advertised and the public area was stacked with random matresses.
