“We were very surprised this is a Michelin key hotel. Yes, it had recently been renovated with lots of marble. Small rooms. Bad breakfast with tiny bufffet. Pool tiny and unclean. Hamman only by appointment. Check in person was arrigant and left us waiting while she did other things. Felt very disrespected.”
“When we first stepped foot in the hotel, we received a warm welcome with a glass of water. The host personally greeted us and gave us ideas for our stay.
Our room was amazing, with our own balcony and sea view.
The breakfast included was top notch.. it was a specialized menu you could order from ( verses a continental breakfast most hotels have). The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!”

“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos).
