“Cogimos 4 noches en este hotel, y solo estuvimos 1 noche. La villa(supuestamente de lujo), muy muy sucia. El estado de muebles y bañera, lamentable. No hay ni toallas(te mandan a comprar al supermercado de enfrente). La atencion de personal, nula( se rien entre ellos cuando acudes con alguna queja). En definitiva, mejor evitar este hotel. Hay mucho mejores al mismo precio. Tambien dar las gracias a HOTELES.COM, por la atencion recibida cuando llamamos para explicar nuestro caso.”

“The resort, service and location vere excellent. Only downside is that they allow guests to smoke weed on the balconies. It is not comfortable to smell the weed at the pool and in your room.”

“Very good price for a beach front hostel. It does get more expensive during full moon week and you are encouraged to stay for 5 days. Everything was great other than the staff. The one guy (reminds me of Jaffar from Aladdin) was extremely lazy and stubborn. It is annoying at first but it is fine as long as you use his laziness to your advantage (ie. Do things you usually aren't aloud to do because he does not care)”

The gorgeous jungle like garden, beautiful pool,bar and restaurant, the smiling attentive staff,the cleanliness of the facility the delicious food and great music. A slight snafu at check in was handled promptly by the owner which resulted in our getting a lovely room with a terrace overlooking the pool.
