“Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.”

"En realidad no fue lo que esperaba y me voy con un sabor amargo de esta experiencia, realicé el pago de habitación sin conexión, y con vista directa al mar, obtuve lo contrario a eso, mi habitación fue con vista lateral al mar y con conexión, lo cual es incómodo y para mi, no brinda la tranquilidad que quieres en tus vacaciones , en tanto a la comunicación de los trabajadores del hotel, sentí que no toman el tiempo de escuchar a las personas, traté de expresarme sobre las inconsistencias de la habitación y no fueron solucionadas en ningún momento, ya me tocó quedarme en la que ellos me asignaron, no se toman el tiempo para entender explicar y mostrar las actividades del Hotel, cuando llegue a realizar e check-in, me realizaron un cobre más o menos de 500 dólares aparte de lo que ya había parado y me tocó varias veces intentar demostrar que ya había pagado y solo me hacía falta realizar el pago de manejo del Hotel que era más o menos de "
