Every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. Their warmth and kindness made such a difference, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay.

Unfortunately false as there was major construction work happening which your platform didn't mention...we were bombarded all day including Saturday with trucks diggers utes vans loud noisy workers
Right in front of our unit it was unbearable and we asked to be moved and were told they'd look into it nothing happened!! We had no hot water for 2 days...no decent deck furniture and uncomfortable stool and a hammock chair you had to be a contortionist to get in and...

“To stay at Crusoe‘s retreat is to go back in time. I live in Hawaii and the feeling was of how it must have been at least 60 years ago. I loved the simplicity of the resort.
I brought my own mask and snorkel, but they have sets you can use for free. They also have kayaks you can use for free.
An authentic village is close by and one of my friends suggested bringing things like crayons and pencils. They were very grateful.
They will arrange excursions, but for me the highlight of staying at this...

“Estuve solo un día para poder llegar a un vuelo temprano en Suva y la verdad es que fue una grata sorpresa, venia de un resort 5 estrellas y la verdad es que salvando las distancias, y si toman un bongaslow con aire acondicionado, no tienen que envidiarle . El entorno es muy lindo, la reserva es fantástica, me recordaba a las cataratas del Iguazu. La atención es muy amable y el baño compartido que pensé que no iba a usar, muy limpio y bien provisto.”
