“All round exceptional hotel with great staff. A wide variety of breakfast options, the restaurant was also excellent. Everywhere was clean and fresh, the Pool and bar was a great place to relax - though in the day time the road opposite could get noisy. The room was clean tidy and had plenty of space for luggage and clothes. The reception staff made it easy to book taxis and they arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in future.”
“We were very surprised this is a Michelin key hotel. Yes, it had recently been renovated with lots of marble. Small rooms. Bad breakfast with tiny bufffet. Pool tiny and unclean. Hamman only by appointment. Check in person was arrigant and left us waiting while she did other things. Felt very disrespected.”

However, it takes few adjustment to meet the highest standard.
We had a junior suite room. The A/C is awful. It was freezing at night, 18.5 deg. Even if we set it up at 21 deg. The staff were useless on this issue. After few nights, i got sick, bronchitis. Me and my wife had to wear jackets in order to have a confortable sleep.

“Brilliant location. Very clean and quiet. It is tiny - as shown in pics - with a bunkbed and small bathroom. No windows. But perfect for a comfortable sleep. There was free water in the fantastic shared kitchen. Coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kettle…lots of kichenware. Great TV setup with Netflix (you can log in) and YouTube etc. Only negative = no shower curtain so you’ll need a towel to dry the floor. I walked from the airport and it took about 30 mins.
