The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. "Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Noch dazu waren die Vermieter extrem freundlich, standen uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ein Auto ist zwar ein muss, aber damit erreicht man dann auch alles was das Herz begehrt: Nationalparks, Strände, Zadar, etc."
