“It was the best hotel on our japan journey. The hotel rooms were amazing, the staff ultra Friendly and helpful, the gym is well equipped but the best Part is the rooftop pool as well as the rooftop Restaurant that serves aperitivo. Walking distance to the american village. Would highly recommend anyone to visit while being on okinawa”
“Nos encantó este hotel. El baño y la lavadora es un plus plus para nuestra estancia. El servicio y la limpieza (aunque es “limited cleaning”) también es impecable.
El único problema es el desayuno porque nos alojamos cinco días y el desayuno es lo mismo para siempre parece. Y como yo soy vegetariana, tengo aún menos opciones para una comida tan importante durante el día. ”
“Very friendly and accommodating. No unpleasant surprises. The staff are great. We were able to check in early for a small fee. The hotel is easily within walking distance of everything in American Village. The breakfast buffet is a traditional style, so be ready for that. Taxis and tour buses are readily available. There is in room air conditioning which is important if you plan to be out walking during the day. Housekeeping on request. No problems whatsoever. I would stay here again.”

우선 체크인이 기계식이었고, 기본물 제공이 객실 내 비치된 물통을 가지고 2층에 로비에 내려가서 직접 물을 받아 마시는 방식이라 다소 불편하긴 했습니다.
또한 객실 슬리퍼는 없고 2층 로비에서 조리슬리퍼를 가지고 가서 사용하는건데 불편하고 아쉬웠습니다.”
“Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!”

"We stayed in room 386, and from the very first moment, we were in love. The hotel is pure luxury in every sense impeccable facilities, elegant décor, and every corner designed for maximum comfort.
The staff was incredibly kind, always attentive to every detail, and their warmth made our stay even more special. We truly felt at home.
We also had the chance to go on a snorkeling tour, and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide ( I can’t remember his name) but he was incredibly kind and responsible, making sure we had the best experience from the very start. It was amazing.
