“Plenty of things to do on the beach. Jet skiing is within walking distance. Host provides paddle boarding and kayaking. We kayaked to the floating bar. We saw a sting ray, crabs and fish right off the beach. So beautiful here. Highly recommend staying here in this cozy cottage.”

“The outside is great very pretty and the cove is a great place to paddleboard. The house is much smaller than the pictures show. The inside is pretty old and needs work on a lot of things. They have a caretaker named Ben who is great and very helpful. You need to bring soap for the dishwasher and laundry. All in all a nice place to stay not far from grace beach.”

“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.
This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and...

“This space was amazing! Good linens, soft clean towels, wonderful space! Amazing pool and outdoor spaces! The host was helpful and so nice! We arrived late and she had her housekeeper shop for us which we truly appreciated! This small but ample space has everything you need! They provided bicycles which was great to take to the grocery store, restaurants and beach! Beach is a bit of a walk, expect a full 13 minute walk to be on the nearest public beach that you can order chairs/umbrella...
