Casas vacacionales en Islas Turcas y Caicos

“We really enjoyed our time at the villa. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and in close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Fay is very sweet, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that she had everything we need to spend the day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear). We also loved that the pool area was only for our use while there so our daughter enjoyed swimming out there. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Grace bay. I...

“This property was as amazing as advertised, but doesn’t give enough credit to the views, the peace and quiet, or how relaxing the pool and patio are. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool toys provided were thoroughly enjoyed. The property was clean and check in was smooth. We would definitely rent again.”

“Working with the host, Dave, was great. Very responsive and helpful. Regina, our concierge, was amazing! She helped us secure transportation, boat rides, jet skis, groceries, even beach umbrellas! Their assistance made traveling to such a remote location smooth and easy. The setting is ideal. Privacy - most days it felt like we had the entire ocean to ourselves! Plenty of room for our family of 13. The pool was perfect and kept crystal clean. The throw back Nintendo game was enjoyed by all! :)”

“Our familiy can not say enough positive things about our stay. We had open and prompt communication with the owner. On arrival we had pleasant little treats present. The kitchen was well stocked, would ask for a crock pot to be present for those prep and leave meals. Beds were comfy, although who would know after long playful days, we literally passed out hitting the sheets. TCI is HOT/HUMID making the air conditioning at night a welcome reprieve. POOL volleyaball is a summer staple with yours...

“Thank you! Relaxing and serene getaway!”

“We weren't able to trabel because of the covid restrictions, which we knew just one day before the trip. We reached out the host and said she would ask the owners if they could make an exceotion to make a refund or give us different dates and reach us back, but she never did. We know they didn't have to do anything, but at least let us know. Very disappointed with the communication. In the future, if we go, we won't consider their place to stay!”

“10/10 excellent place, clean and the host was very helpful. Wish I could have had the breakfast I smelled from the host abode. Will book again upon next visit. ”

“A spacious and quiet place very near long bay beach (quick 5 or less, minute walk). The grounds and pool were spotless and the kitchen was stocked to allow cooking of meals. The property manager/owner was incredibly responsive and friendly. Any questions that we had either before arrival or during our stay were answered immediately. Sun Sea Sand is definitely an excellent alternative to the busy resorts!”

“Very clean and communication was stellar. Would stay again”

“This property is beautiful and very well taken care of. Communication with the host was easy and efficient, Ronald was very responsive and helpful. It’s located by the canal but we rented a car so moving around the island was easy , Pelican beach is very close and it’s beautiful. Grace Bay beach and shopping center is just few minutes away and we went almost every day because is the most beautiful beach ever . The only thing that we didn’t like is the extra money for the electricity , I rather...

“Great location and our family would definitely return!”

“Judy was an excellent house manager catering to our every needs. Wonderful stay for our group! ”

“The house is very nice and well maintained. It does have beautiful view to the water but no dock and it’s a steep walk down a cement/rock path to the water. It seemed to be about a 30 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. Las Brisas restaurant is about 5-10 minutes away and it’s a wonderful restaurant with great food and even better view. The only issue we ran into is we could not get the oven to work and reached out to the host with no response. Luckily there was a toaster oven we used...

“We had a great time in the T&C staying at Mark’s property at Palmyra Homes. The property was perfect for our needs, and ideally located within walking distance of the beautiful Grace Bay beach, and numerous excellent restaurants. Mark was really helpful in recommending a number of places to try out as well as providing details of good local cafe’s, bars and supermarkets. We had no issues during our stay, and when we did need to contact Mark he was very responsive, and also accommodating of our...
