“Our family had an excellent time at 12Palms! This was our first time visiting the island and we would definitely come back and stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our 7 and 10 year old had a fantastic experience. We much preferred this to staying in a more commercialized “resort” type of property, There was plenty of space in the house, a well-equipped kitchen, pool floats and sand toys and more. The short walk to Taylor Bay beach cannot be beat.We enjoyed the pool and ocean...

“Avalon is a great house! Property was absolutely as advertised. Great pool, beach access, and privacy- both from neighbors and between rooms. Kitchen and all the common areas are well appointed. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. Supermarket 5 min drive away. Also, views are spectacular!The owner is responsive and helpful- easy to work with. The property manager - Jerelle - is fantastic! Great guy and really an asset. Not only the go to for the property but also for recommendations...

“Safe spot in the island, close to town center and the shore club. Short walk to a beach. Beds comfortable but could use more light blocking.Pool was nice but lots of wasps, as they had made many nests. A ton of millipedes too.Host was responsive and had someone come out to maintenance the pool when it wasn’t filtering and remove wasps nests (just so many to keep track of that we sprayed some others ourselves).
