“This is still a great destination. Rooms are clean and spacious and grounds well maintained. The breakfasts were the big let down. Hot foods, eggs, bacon, etc were cold from the servery and coffee often only luke warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress....
