"We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

Not for kids however and you only get 2 beach chairs and 2 foam maddrasses so if you are a larger party you will have to share. The house is ok. Likely built in the 80ties and not renovated since. But everything is clean and in working condition. Electrical is not great. Power goes off regularly and you need to reset it at the gate to the driveway. And forget to use AC and any other appliance such as...

We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited.
