This apartment is located in a villa 50 meters from the sea in Isola delle Femmine. There are both rocky and sandy beaches in the surrounding area, as well as small beach resorts. The house is located near the seaside village of Isola delle Femmine and 10 km from the city of Palermo.



The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa. There is another apartment on the upper floor, with which guests share the main entrance to the house. The entrance to the house opens onto the living room, which has two sofas. Continuing through the house, you will find the separate, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds.

The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms with showers.

Guests have private access to the garden, which is furnished with outdoor furniture for relaxing and also has a barbecue.
