“Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.”

“We got the grand room and the room given was the last room available when we check in - corner & low floor. Upon entering, the room was so warm, it was already 9pm. The aircon does produce cold wind but several hours later the room is still warm and won’t stay cold despite the biggest fan speed and lowest temperature. Was sweating in the middle of the night.”

“Good location near Pelangi Plaza. Though crossing the road by foot needs to be careful of traffic as there are limited crossing road options. Hotel room is clean and good size.”

“I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it.”
