Good Service?

The toilet was more than small, and change a light bulb, toke them more than 3 hours, and actually they change it because after 3 hours I request it again.

Отель просто супер! Достаточно скромный сервис, который перекрывается ценами и местом отеля в Центре европейской части Стамбула. Обязательно остановимся еще раз!

God betjening, men:

Meget centralt beliggende hotel tæt på sporvogn, metro og store oplevelser. Værelserne var dog ikke særligt tillokkende, med megen støj fra elevator og naboværelser. Hvilket kan skyldes den igangværende ombygning af hotellet. Morgenmaden er simpel - men omvendt, hvis man har vælgt at bo billigt (og det er det) så får man nok også hvad man betaler for. Meget hjælpsomt personale.

Inexpensive, well placed

I had seen some negative reviews about this hotel. I was looking for somewhere inexpensive and centrally located. This hotel fitted those criteria. It is a bit shabby and is currently being upgraded. I really hope they get permission for a restaurant in the rooftop - the views are spectacular. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was good enough for a week long stay - any longer and I would have struggled with the lack of storage. The bed was comfortable and bed/bath linen was changed daily. Some reviews commented on the noise levels but a look at a map would have shown that it was in a busy area, near a mosque and close the tramline. Actually the nearness of the tram stop was a bonus. The call from the mosque was enjoyable. Any traveller with any sense would take earplugs anyway! I Didn't feel the need for them as I was exhausted at the end of each day. Some reviews commented on the grasp of English of the staff. It varied from good to poor but all were helpful and friendly (you get back what you give out). It wouldn't hurt to learn a bit of Turkish or recognise that many Turks in the tourist industry speak a number of languages. Overall this was a decent hotel.

Need to be renewed

The hotel and the rooms look very different from the photos we saw at hotels.com. The rooms need to be renovated urgently and were not very clean. Our stall shower flooded after 2 minutes of shower. The lift doesn't have the internal door! A good point is the location: five minutes walk to Aya Sophya and Blue Mosque and there are several restaurants around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really made a difference.

まあまあですが、立地は良いです。

メジャーな観光地へは近く、トラム駅などにも近く、立地はよいです。ただ、部屋が最小限の広さなのとシャワーが狭かったです。あと、金庫が冷蔵庫の上にむき出しで固定されずにおいてありましたので、実質無いのと同じかと思います。ついでに、お酒が飲める店が近くにあるものの、買える店を近所で発見できませんでした。近所のスーパーには無い。細かいことを気にしなければ普通に過ごせます。

Läget bästa poäng

Hotellet har några år på nacken och det syns och märks. Men allt är skapligt rent, personalen vänliga och hjälpsamma. Läget i gamla staden helt fantastiskt, frukosten ok.

立地以外は期待しないこと

投稿が禁止されている「客室 / ホテルの清潔度、サービスの品質、ホテルの設備」に不満は多い（具体的に数え上げると9か所、念のため撮影した）。陽気にはぐらかすフロントの対応と実直そうなポーター兼雑用係の対応で、なんとか2泊を過ごした。

Leuke super aardige staf

Het hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe. Maar is schoen en het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Als je luxe en comfort zoek ben je aan deze hotel bij de verkeerde adres. Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding? Ik denk dat je te veel betaald voor de (kwaliteit/staat) kamer die krijgt.

På bestillingsovesigten fremgik der at hotellet var vurderet til 4 stjerner. Jeg er glad for at jeg kun skulle overnatte i en nat, idet vedligeholdelsen af hotellet er alt for dårlig, og herunder mangler m.v. F.eks. Barskab og opbevaringsskabe defekte, lampen over spejlet på badeværelset synligt i stykker, og fungerede ikke, badeværelsets loft var faldefærdigt, brusekabinen i stykker, ingen natlampe, og døren til badeværelset gik i baglås (godt jeg ikke var derinde!). Personalet var dog flinke og positiv involverede. Hotellet bør omklassificeres til blot 2 stjerner.

観光に便利

トラムの駅からすぐでトプカプ宮殿の入口迄歩いて5分、ブルーモスク、アヤソフィア、ガラタ橋も徒歩圏内です。泊まった部屋が最上階の7階だったのでwifiは届きませんでしたが下の階なら届くかも。シーツ等も清潔でした。朝食はシンプル。ただ、朝食後ホテルのおじさんが最上階にあるテラスで一服しながら飲んだら気持ちいいぞみたいな事を言ってチャイをカップごと上に持ってていいよと勧めてくれる等この方がとてもフレンドリーに対応してくれました。立地も良いので泊まっても損はないかと思われます。

Les chambres ont différents standings . certaines ( derniers étages) ont vu sur le Palais Topkapi ( au dessus des toits) Propre, personnel serviable mais pour les petites chambres et celles qui ne sont pas "en façade", ce n'est intéressant qu'à petit prix!!!! Personnel parle surtout anglais et allemand, mais ça va Buffet de type allemand pour le petit dej, mais c'était ok, c'est copieux On peut se rendre à pied depuis l'hôtel à la grande majorité des sites touristiques

Awful awful awful

BE AWARE before booking this hotel, I stayed in Dec 2012 and it was discusting. Shower didn't work, the heating didn't work, the room had a terrible odour. I cut my stay short because the condition of the hotel was so bad and booked in at another hotel. The staff were rude, the lift wasn't working properly. I hope I have explained as beat as I can, if you book this hotel expect the equivalent of 1 star

Ideal when travelling alone or to be in the center

This hotel is simple & the bathroom is small without ventilation. But since I was travelling alone so this hotel is inexpensive & well located & the staff is really nice, it was a good choice.

God beliggenhed, tæt på alle de bedste seværdighed

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed hvor man er tæt på det hele, men renheden af værelset var dårlig og de problemer vi havde i vores værelse blev ikke løst selvom vi har sagt det flere gange. Morgenmaden var heller ikke den bedste. Men man skal lige huske at det er en billig hotel, så man kan nok ikke forvente mere...

立地条件が魅力のホテルです。

良い点は、旧市街のギュルハネ駅からとても近いので、アタテュルク空港からメトロとトラムを乗り継いで市内にくる方には便利だと思います。 また、トプカプ宮殿やアヤソフィア等も徒歩圏内なので観光するにはとても便利です。 ここら辺は、治安も良いです。女性一人でも安心して過ごせました。 ホテルのスタッフさんたちもとても親切で、良い思い出がたくさんできました。 悪い点としては、バスルームがとっても狭い。照明が暗い。 窓が小さいため風通しが悪く、シャワーを使った後、部屋が湿っぽくなるなど。 街に慣れるまでの１〜２日くらいの滞在なら問題なく過ごせるホテルです。
