Mi estancia fue excelente. Es un hotel de primerisima calidad. Mi habitacion fue con una vista fabulosa al Bosforo. El desayuno inmejorable. Estoy muy agradecido con la atencion de todo el personal y en forma especial con el trato eficaz de Mr. ALI ONER, Head Concierge del hotel. Sin duda un hotel cien por ciento recomendable.

The rooms need maintenance especially the toilets, beds are small and not very comfortable ,the service is not very good, needs a lot of work. It’s a very busy area and getting to the hotel entrance needs a lot of times as the roads around are very busy. It’s walking distance to istiklal street, which is very busy all the time. The parking is for extra fees as they said it is operated by a private company.

The rooms were very clean, and big in size. I booked a sea view room, at the beginning they gave us a room with a corner sea view (not complete), then we asked the reception to change it and they were very corporative. We arrived around 12:00 pm, and the check-in time is 2:00 pm. But they provided us a room at 12:00 so we did early check-in
