The location and service of the place was perfect. We are a street from La Torre Galata and all services, as well as transportation. The rooms are beautiful and with all the services of a house. Definitely recommended and we would return.

Your home in Istanbul
The apartment is located in close proximity to Galata Tower, very cosy and comfortable, clean and warm. Despite the touristy place, it is quiet enough. There are basic kitchen utensils: kettle, coffee machine, cooker, fridge. There is a MigrosJet nearby and other shops with fresh food in case you would like to cook. Very comfortable bed and quality linen. Nice is attention to detail, such as the availability of umbrellas. The reception desk is working, the staff are always very warmly welcoming and were in touch via email and whatsapp before arrival. This is also where you can make coffee and leave your luggage after check out. Close to Galata bridge, Istiklal and public transport (10-15 minutes), but instead of walking uphill from the bridge I would recommend taking the funicular as the height difference is noticeable. What could be improved - the lighting is adequate and quiet, but I prefer brighter one. There is a coffee machine in the apartment but capsules seem to be included in the minibar, although a few a day could be offered to guests at no extra cost. Didn't feel like leaving. If we get the chance to visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here.

Great boutique hotel
We really enjoyed our stay here in the Tower Suite. The patio and the view were amazing for enjoying coffee or a drink. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, communicable and helpful.

Perfect location, room and host.
Extremely kind and helpful staff including a free upgrade to the room with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the city and tower. We didn’t even ask. They offered because it was available. Easy walk to great coffee and food. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. Don’t be deterred by the outside where there are a few building less cared for or occupied. This a very lively fun area.

Irem the girl who checked me in was very nice and professional. She served me a cup of Turkish coffee the reminded me of memories of past like Proust novel! ☺️ Also Toufan was great. He actually walked all the way to show us the metro station. Excellent hospitality.

Welcome is always wonderful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Complimentary wine in the room is lovely and welcomed. Perfect location. The team are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Our 3rd stay here, so that confirms our high rating.

This is an excellent place to stay in Istanbul. I will book the same room if we return to Istanbul. We stayed in the tower suite. It was perfect: quiet and comfortable, with fantastic views from the balcony. The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were efficient and hospitable and made us feel at home immediately. Stay here. Book the tower room at the top. Let the staff organize your airport transfer. Enjoy Istanbul.

In general, we had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly and catered to our wants and needs. The room was fantastic, especially the terrace! The only downside came after check-out when we were rushed out of the building with our bags to catch a transfer that had not yet arrived, so it was a little chaotic for no reason. But again, overall, a great experience.

The location is great, the staff is amazing. They go far and beyond. We stayed in the room 602 which was overlooking the back. It was away from the street noise which was nice.

Louis Apartments Galata was wonderful. The staff are super helpful and welcoming, and definitely made a huge difference to my Istanbul experience. They’ll help with airport transfers, tour info, directions, food recommendations, and pretty much anything else you have questions about. I’m looking forward to planning a longer trip to Turkey in the future, and will definitely plan on staying here again. So if you’re hesitating, just book it!

We loved our stay at this top property. Comfortable, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony with views of the Galata Tower and the mosques in old town. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a lovely place to stay near Galata tower and just 30 mins walk to Grand Bazaar. Restaurants in the area are ok but much better the ones on Galata bridge. Staff is brilliant! Thanks guys! 😊
