Queja por incumplimiento de reserva
Peor no podía habernos ido, hice una reserva numero 8017107397037 para 4 habitaciones con mas de 3 meses de anticipación y nuestra sorpresa fue que al llegar al hotel NO EXISTIA NINGUNA RESERVA POR PARTE DE HOTELES.COM Aún y cuando el hotel trato de solucionar el problema de la mejor manera, las molestias e incomodidades que esto representa nos causo un gran disgusto. Espero, mas bien EXIJO una explicación por parte de Hoteles.com

Excelente ubicacion
Hola es muy importante destacar la excelente ubicación.Se encuentra frente a Estacion de metro que además de conectar todo Estambul,te lleva al aeropuerto Ataturk,en menos de 1 hora.Ademas está a pasos la estación del tren que lleva a Asia,Marmared..También está a 3cuadras del bazar de las especies y a minutos de Haggia Sofía,Blue Mosquey en pleno barrio de sultanameh.A. Pocas cuadras está el túnel que lleva a Taksim.Excelente ubicacion. muy amable todo el Staf y muy abundante y rico el desayuno.

Un hotel muy bien situado, aunque también con una calle muy transitada de frente. Habitaciones, camas y baños perfectos, sin queja ninguna. Recomendable, desde luego.

The properties was awful. Not clean there were smell. In breakfast the plate was dirty the food not fresh. The room was cold and too much sound from outside because the windows was not double. I am not recommending it at all.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustüre. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir buchen immer wieder hier. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Die optimale Lage für den Istanbulurlaub. Sofort vor dem Hotel ist die Straßenbahn, Regionalbahn etc., mit der man überall hinkommt. Gegenüber der Straße sind sofort die Schiffe zum rüberkommen. Alle Hotspots sind zügig zu erreichen.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel based on my recent experience: I originally booked for 7 nights but prior to going to the hotel I contacted Hotels.com and requested a change to 5 nights. I also called the hotel directly and talked to the reservation manager and he assured me that there would not be any problem and he could change the reservation. However, after I stayed and on my day of check out the resevation manager claimed that he should have received an email from Hotels.com. That was first time I heard that since when I had called him before arrival he never mentioned that. He basically lied to me and when I tried to explain to him that I had talked to him on the phone he became mean and disrespectful, dismissing me. I don't recommend staying at this hotel

Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit...sehr schön zentral aber bishen laut Auto Hupen und das hipen von Schiffe konnten wir hören obwohl wir Nebengebäude waren da das Hotel aus zwei Gebäuden besteht...aber trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden was an Service und Sauberkeit angeht...kann ich nur empfehlen

The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the Bosphorus and close to the old city ,also has easy accessibility to public transport. The staff members were friendly and helped secure a taxi to the airport. The room was clean ,although sometimes there was an unpleasant odour(sewage smell ) from the bathroom. The overall stay was pleasing and would definitely stay in that hotel again

Wir waren 3 nächte im 6 Stock mit eingeschränktem Meerblick....einfach Toll mitten im Sirkeci so ein Tollen Ausblick zu haben. Die Fenster sind Bodenbündig,deshalb ist der Ausblick nochmal schöner....auch aus dem Bett heraus. Nachts einfach Traumhaft.... Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Professionell und Hilfsbereit....ja auch sehr Nett. Nochmals Danke.;) Frühstück war auch in Ordnung....

My elderly parents have stayed in at least 10 different hotels during their visits to Istanbul. This has been their favorite hotel so far. They loved the location, and it was easy for them to walk around the block for food and shopping. They also enjoyed the city and sea views.

Service people were very friendly and corporative But reception people were rude and not helpfull For example: I asked thr receptionist that the phone in my room is not working he just ignored me I called from my cellphone to the hotel i asked for towells but they dont understand what is the towells so they just ignored me.

Sehr Zentral aber sehr laut, Bett sehr hart, Kissen schrecklich, Ersatz Kissen Anfrage wurde abgelehnt, Zimmer nicht sauber, wir müssten fast jeden Tag nach Toilettenpapier fragen und selber abholen,Minibar war warm und leer. Schade

very clean , beautiful decoration but its better to make the beds direct toward the sea, poor breakfast even with covid-19 ,still can make a better breakfast, small reception, big room, check in at 14:30 which is not helpful
