Leuk, netjes en vriendelijk personeel..

Wij kwamen daar al om half 11 ochtends aan, gelukkig mochten we meteen inchecken dat was wel heel fijn. Ontvangst ook heel goed.

Bu otelde karşılama denen birşey yok, Rezepsionda çalışanlar( başka oteli örnek verince neden oraya gitmediniz diye çıkışlar ve insanın içini aysdinlatacak kelimeler yok yani bu otel ve çalışanları doymuş

Hotel sehr modern und sehr sauber. Aber unser Zimmer war nicht für 2 Personen sondern nur für 1 Person geeignet. Zu zweit war es einfach zu eng. für 1 Person wäre es ideal und perfekt. Frühstück, sehr einfach würde keine 4 Sterne für Frühstücksbüffet geben höchstens 3 Sterne! Ansonsten gibt es viel Möglichkeiten für Restaurantangebote. Personal wenn man gebraucht wurde, waren höflich. Wenn man türkisch nicht kann, dann hat man es schwer zu kommunizieren, bzw. habe ich das Gefühl, dass das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption keine Lust hat Englisch zu sprechen. Es kommen nur die nötigsten Wörter in Englisch raus.

Bad Quality Hotel. Not a 4 *

I stayed for only 1 night. Can't sleep during all the night, it was a sounds of music coming from outside. Nobody hang up at the reception when I called them. The tap of the shower was broken. It is definitely not a 4* hotel, I highly recommend to try to find better hotel arround.

Unveiling the rustic beauty of Turkey

Very pleasant stay at the Queen hotel & spa in the Muslim part of Turkey with good transport links into the European quarters. Quiet. Beautiful room. GREAT 5☆ spa, sauna, steam room facilities & moderate fitness centre. Well priced. Excellent supportive staff despite few of them speaking English. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. A real gem!!

staff went above and beyond to help me organise taxi when i had limited cash after losing my walletad needing to get to.airport. ..helped me call reverse charge mastercard to arrange a new card...hotel was peaceful bed was super comfy and i liked the bathroom and well equipped with safety devices incase you fell. location seemed a bit random and a bit out of wayhrd to.gwt to

My stay at the Queen Hotel & Spa

My stay at Queen was not as I had expected. Their service was very poor and left us feeling helpless, whenever we called for any assistance there was no help, when we asked for food they only had one dish and my mother who is diabetic was very distressed, they did not clean the rooms everyday or have any provisions for tea, no cups in the room and when they provided us with them they did not even wash or replace them, everything had to be explained or complained about. Which is not what you want to do when on holiday, their was no understanding of english. Staff was very loud at night which would wake us up. As a whole this Hotel was visually pleasing at first but did not live up to it's expected standard or service even when compared to a budget hotel in the England. I would recommend you do your research well.

I have stayed for 12days in this hotel, so I must know this hotel quite well. (이 호텔에서 12일 숙박한 사람입니다. 이 호텔에 대해서 정말 잘 알고 있으니 제 말을 들으세요.) I got at hotel pool, I cried and complained this to this hotel manager but they just kicked him out. (이 호텔에서 어떤 터키 남성에게 성추행을 당해서 울면서 호텔 매니저에게 호소 했는데, 아무것도 보상 받지 못했습니다. This hotel is new and small pool is okay to enjoy, but I got smoing smell all the time and internet did not work for week, but they did not care at all. They told me to go other cafe with internet. Location is horrible, and the workers cannot speak English. there is one who speaks English, but not very good. They dont know transportation well, so dont ask them. They gave me wrong informtion. Workers are rude and hotel is new but they dont clean well. One good thing is just a pool and spa. (호텔 위치는 당연히 아시아에 위치해 있어 나쁘지만, 유럽으로 가려면 배를 타고 버스를 타야 하므로 여행객들은 절대 이용하지 마시고, 인터넷이 안됩니다!!!! 제가 갔을때 6일동안 인터넷이 안됐고, 컴플레인하니까 다른 카페를 가라고 하더군요. 일하는 사람들이 교통을 잘 몰라서 제가 물으면 이상한 정보만 줍니다. 금연인 호텔인데 담배 냄새 장난 아니고요, 일하는 사람들이 영어도 잘 못하고, 사람을 무시합니다.) 절대 가지 마세요!!!

Прекрасный отель за свои деньги

Приезжал в Стамбул по делам, и мне нужен был именно этот район, цена приятная, хоть выбрал самый дешевый номер- он оказался не хуже, чем в Парк Инне супериор. Цены в мини баре приемлемые. Из минусов- проспал завтрак;). И дорогое такси из Ататюрка- 70 лир. Рядом макдоналдс. Непременно остановлюсь еще

Excellent value Spa Hotel!

I spent 6 nights at the Queen Hotel & Spa in May 2014 and was pleasantly surprised with the service, hotel and facilities. It appear to be a new hotel as there were still some repairs and works going on but with minimal disruption to guests. Staff were helpful and kind. The Spa was very well equipped and clean. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities provided. Great value for money considering it's location. If I were to look for faults I'd be hard pushed to mention the floor in the room was a little dirty and no free water but these are minor. I'd recommend the Queen Hotel & Spa to all in fact I'm visiting Turkey again soon and have booked a room.

Hotel tres sympa neanmoins un peu loin , piscine accessible chambre exellente petit dejeuner correct en terrasse au dernier etage mais sans vrai jus dorange dommage je recommande si envie de se detendre et sortir au contact de la population turque

Leider nicht so zufrieden

Das hotel liegt von der lage gut in kadikoy uskudar. Direkt am hotel ist eine gross befahrene strasse , dasdrunter ist die shell benzin station. Leider gibt es sehr viel larm, schlafen war nicht so der brenner. das hotel name enthalt (spa) begriff. Im fitness studio gibt es nur 2 laufbande und 10-15 kurzhantel. 1 sauna und ein dampfbad. Ich kenne es von jedem hotel das ein wasser station zu verfugung hat, da die leute nach dem saunabad wasser benötigen. Aber nein die müssen das wasser was im zimmer umsonst ist , unten für die gaste für teuere preise zu verkaufen. Da wird wirklich an kleinigkeiten gespart. Jakuzi funktioniert nicht. Schwimmbecken war nicht der brenner....! Ich würde dieses hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Für den preis würde ich lieber wo andern übernachten. Reception mitarbeiter haben kein lachelndes gesicht. Zeigen dauernd schlechte laune gegenüber die gaste.

I have stayed at many 5 stars hotels all over the Europe,Queen Hotel is one of the best!!location is very good,busses and taxis are in front,hotel staff are very helpful and kind,Turkish style breakfast buffet super,swimming pool and spa give you a relaxing time and Room price is unbeatable.This is my Hotel!!!
