When I entered the room, it had not been cleaned and there were missing items; during rainy weather, water was leaking into the room and dripping onto the bed, so I asked to change rooms but they said it was not possible, then they offered a smaller room instead, and I should also mention that the surrounding area is a very unsafe and highly criminal neighborhood where you need to be careful, and as a tip, do not go to the kebab shop on the right because it is extremely unhygienic—the staff were putting bulgur on the plate with their bare hands, without gloves.Also, the hotel was very noisy and the walls were extremely thin, so it was easy to hear everything from other rooms.
