Tek kişilik bir oda da kaldım. Oda çok küçüktü. Fakat heryer tertemizdi. Her şey görseldeki gibiydi. Otel merkezi ve hareketli bir yerde olmasına rağmen çok sessizdi.

Reasonable

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very vibrant area with lots of food options, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. There is a tram station is right outside the hotel which is very convenient if you intend on using the tram. However, if your room is at the front side of the hotel then it might be a bit noisy, especially on the lower floors. I stayed in the deluxe room with bath tub (room.405). The tub is jetted which is the only reason I picked this hotel. However, it didn't work!! The bath tub also leaked and the sealant around the tub and shower screen needs refreshing. The room size is very good but the furniture although workable could do with a refurb. The air con wasn't blowing out cold air and was more like a fan. I reported this to staff and a day later it got fixed after I spoke to them again. However, on the last day it stopped blowing out cold air and became like a fan again! The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. 5 star staff for sure! Breakfast could do with being a bit better but its reasonable. If all you want is a place to put your head down at night and be in a good location then this hotel is fits the bill.

Mi experiencia fue excelente, los conserjes muy atentos pero el de la noche es todo lo que está bien, súper atento, hablaba inglés fluido y muy buena onda.

Es un hotel muy acogedor

El hotel es de tres estrellas pero tiene prestaciones como si fuera de cuatro, ya que tiene nevera, secador de pelo, televisión plana, aire acondicionado - calefacción, y todos los utencilios necesarios de aseo, incluso zapatillas. Nuestra habitacion era muy tranquila, cama matrimonial extragrande, baño muy bonito, todo reformado como si fuera nuevo. Ademas esta situado en un lugar estratégico muy céntrico, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de interés de la parte antigua, y para llegar a la nueva, Puente Galata, se puede ir andando tambien. Para ir mas lejos, Gran Bazar o Plaza Talkin, tienes en la misma puerta el tranvía. En recepción no hablan español, si bien en ingles nos pudimos comunicar bien, son realmente muy serviciales, nos ayudan con las maletas al llegar y marcharnos, nos recomendaron un crucero por el Bosforo nocturno, con cena, espectáculo y bebidas incluidas, a un precio increíble de 50€ la pareja, porque cogió empezando la temporada de invierno, principios de noviembre, fué inolvidable. El recepcionista Bardn es especialmente gracioso, y está muy pendiente de lo que necesitas, aunque todos los demás también, desde la señora que limpia, la chica que atiende la cafetería, la otra rececionista, ayudantes, ...

We booked the hotel as the one we originally booked through Expedia Grand Hurriet let us down. So on the day of arrival we booked the Constantine and from our arrival they were fantastic and check in was quick and the room itself was well laid out and amenities were included. Location is also close to many sights and I would definitely book there again

Mauvais choix

Ne pas choisir cette hôtel Certe bien placer Mais degueulasse, chambre qui pue la cigarette, draps sale qui pue également, remplie de poussière, mal isolée, bruit constamment dans la salle d’eau , petit déjeuner à revoir pas terrible du tout peu diversifier , chaque jour les mêmes choses.

Cramp, not suitable for light sleeper

Location: right in front of Gulhane Tramway station, which is both good and bad. Good - convenient. Bad: the screeching sound of the tram and the bells... if you are a light sleeper, skip this place. If you can sleep with a bit of noise, go for it. Room is too small. There’s hardly any walking space between wardrobe and bed. For this price, if you are going to stay for a night, why not. Not recommended for couples, family or Long stay. Singles, friends who don’t mind tight spaces, go for it!

A reasonable hotel in the centrum of Istanbul

We had a stay of 7 days in the hotel. The hotel is right in the centre of Istanbul so that was good to move to everywhere. We just had a stay in the hotel and no breakfast or any meals. The hotel personnel were nice to us. We knew that the hotel was combined with a clothing store, but they have taken this very seriously. You have to go through the store to come to your hotel room. There were a couple of stairs for which we had to carry our baby buggy so we wish they would have put a stair way so we can just drive our buggy to the hotel room. We had a family room as we have a baby of 7 months, but however there was no decent baby bed. We fixed this by combining another big bed so the baby could not fall of the bed. The wifi was nice in the hotel to check the news. Also the batch room is really nice. However, the room lies in such way with the window that the room was not filled with much light. When looking outside the view was to a grave yard. That could be better. The power point for electricity hung loose so that could also be dangerous. So overall it is a normal hotel room where you can stay and rest, but do not expect much of it. I notice the hotels around Sirkeci are overpriced and are normal hotels (ok), but for the prices they ask I would say the hotels could be much better. The big advantage is off course the location so in the centre of Istanbul.

Dirty room

Room was dirty. There was a large amount of dirt in exaution in bathroom and under the bed suggesting that a good clean was not made for a considerable period. Room is very small with few space to leave our luggage. We had to open it over the bed.

Dont go to this hotel

Bad! In one word BAD. I am a years of customer of the constantine hotel but I Will never return to this hotel agian! First day the airco and there were No power in the room. Then They changed the room to a tram station. I told specific told iT I didnt want to this room Because you Will wake up by the noise of the trams . The next day they they told me to change the room but they forget it.

Location / staff

Location is very good. Opposite to tram station you can see the hotel clearly. Eventhogh elevator us very small nut usable to carry big luggage so don't worry. Staff is aldo helpful for check in process and also check out process. Staff in food room is willing to take care everyone and welcome to everyone. GOOD.

Vi var där 4 nätter. Vi fick på initiativ av receptionen byta rum eftersom vi fick ett rum utan fönster. Snyggt jobbat tyckte vi. Hotellets läge perfekt, nära spårvagn och till Sultanameth
