Мы бы тоже очень не хотели, чтобы вы к нам приехали ещё раз. Заплатив 15 евро за сутки вы ждёте сервис отеля люкс сегмента. В номерах у нас всегда чисто и уютно,везде указано, что номера небольшие. У нас великолепное месторасположение и прекрасный дружелюбный персонал всегда готовый придти на помощь. Улыбаясь в глаза и прося о помощи вы были так добры когда нужно было позвонить в магазин для вас, а за глаза пишете такой отзыв. Никому из отельеров я бы не пожелала таких гостей. Отзыв абсолютно необъективен.

Actually we can undestand why you have negative impression. We are very sorry for it! The problem is that you had too much expectations. We are a small boutique hotel and in general we offer to our guests great location and clean cosy rooms. As you mentioned in your review cleaning at our hotel is very good but at the same time you are telling that the room was not clean, I really do not understand. Unfortunately you are not happy with your staying at our place, even you didn’t stay enough you just tried to fraud us and take back money for non-refundable reservation. You lied that someone stole money from your room but after you got money back from non-refundable reservation you forgot about money. You do not respect staff and hotel belongings, you broke the door and telephone but didn’t pay, normally we should call police not you! Хотелось бы сказать,что мы не оппозтционируем себя как Отель класса-люкс, цена очень адекватная,я не могу согласиться с вами. Самое главное,что мы предлагаем нашим гостям это чистота и месторасположение,но отнюдь не большие семейные номера. Прежде чем бронировать Отель нужно внимательнее читать отзывы,вы приехали с ребёнком,наш Отель не совсем удобен для расположения с детьми,это можно прочитать везде. Наше здание это аутентичный греческий дом с небольшими номерами со всем необходимым для комфотрного отдыха! Что касается чистоты,я не могу согласиться с вашим субъективным преувеличенным мнением! First of all I would like to tell that before booking the hotel you should read all the details about, it is written everywhere that we DON'T HAVE ELEVATOR, we are small boutique hotel. Ingeneral our main dignities are location and cleanliness. Our rooms are bright, clean and you can find everything necessary for a good rest. Moreover our hotel is located in the most  centre of Istanbul. We are very sorry that you are not happy with your staying in our hotel! We are always trying to do our best to make our guests happy.
