Sayın misafirimiz Yavuz Bakankuş,1114 numaralı odamızda konaklama yapmışsınız ve gerekli kontrolleri sağladığımızda, giriş yaptığınız gün sonrasında odanızın Do Not Disturb (DND) yani "Rahatsız Etmeyiniz " ışığını açık bıraktığınızı size bildirmek isteriz. Bu ışığı açık bıraktığınızda hiçbir şekilde odanıza girilemez ve temizlik, oda servisi gibi hizmetlerden faydalanamazsınız. Misafirlerimiz bazen yatak başlığının kenarında olan bu ışığı farkında olmadan çalışır duruma getirebiliyorlar. Eğer isteyerek DND ışığını açmadıysanız, sizin durumunuzda da böyle bir durum söz konusu olmuş olabilir ve temizlik yapılamamıştır.
