Limpieza y servicio deficiente
El desayuno que presentan en las fotos de la web no se parecen en nada a la realidad. De los días que permanecimos en el hotel, dos de estos días no nos limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron la cama.

Los puntos mencionados en su comentario no son típicos del hotel o del servicio que nos esforzamos por brindar. Así que discutiré más los puntos mencionados con el equipo para entender por qué hay defectos en la oferta de servicios y productos. Saludos.

I was not impressed. The front desk staff was very nonchalant. The room had disgusting sticky floor and stain marks over the table. There was nothing special about this place. Felt more like a run down hostel.

WARNING!!!! Do not stay at this property! I’m unsure where to begin but il try. Firstly rooms are the size of a shoebox, nothing like the photos. The rooms are dirty AF! We arrived and didn’t stay the first night as we were that disgusted, we had an extra night at our other hotel so we stayed there. We checked in the second night and as soon as you walk in you can feel the unpleasant aura. No pillow case on one of the beds. Half used toilet paper. Holes in the walls, couldn’t close the balcony door. Side table was broken so they tried to hide it by turning in the other way around. Carpet was dirty and severely stained along with the other side table. The toilet seat was also broken along with the drain in the shower. There were also holes in the bed head that were covered up with paper. There was a kettle with no coffee or tea and one paper cup for god knows what. We asked for pillowcases as soon as we got there and never got them. All in all management don’t care, they are FKN rude and basically just want your money. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 2! When we did complain about all of this they tried to say it was end of busy season and they usually do the repairs when it’s low season which is utter BS! The hotel is falling apart and it’s vile in the extreme! I wouldn’t stay there even if it were for free! Shame on the management for scamming people! Luckily Wotif refunded us half of what we paid as they were ignoring their emails. STAY AWAY PEOPLE

The hotel is very very bad
The bedroom is not clean and is not cleaned daily, only the towels are changed.. The room is broken, the lights are not working. The bathroom is dirty and smelly.. Breakfast is nothing, not as in the pictures.. If you ask for something extra for breakfast, you have to pay, for example, fried eggs, you have to pay 5 pounds..

Kahvaltı hizmeti alamadık. Akşam girişte kahvaltı 7 buçuk 11 arasında deniliyor. Odaya servis yapılıyormuş orada sıkıntı yok. Odama kahvaltımı istediğimde 8.30 da başlanıyor denildi. Hadi Ona da eyvallah saat 09.06 oldu hala kahvaltı yoktu. Yani kahvaltı hizmeti vermeyeceksen neden insanları kandırıyorsunuz. Akşam oda da tv ile ilgili bir yansıtma işimizin olduğunu belirttik tamam geliyorum dendi , o da gelmedi. Yani bir turizmci olarak hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

Alles in einem war die Unterkunft für nicht ganze 5 Tage okay. Das Hotel ist ein 4 Sterne Hotel und da erwartet man natürlich auch einiges. Falls jemand länger als eine Woche bleiben möchte oder mit Familie anreist, würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr empfehlen. Für Singles oder Pärchen ist es okay. Wir haben unser Zimmer mit WLan gebucht und hatten jedes mal die selben Probleme. Es gab keine Verbindung und das Handy hat sich automatisch vom WLan getrennt. Auf Anfrage mussten wir unsere Handys an das Personal abgeben damit diese dann das WLan freischalten konnten was nur für kurze Dauer funktioniert hatte. Wir haben extra das Zimmer mit verfügbaren WLan gebucht und dann finde ich es natürlich schon eine Frechheit uns noch nicht mal das WLan Passwort zugeben und erst Recht als wir schon mehrmals zum Personal gegangen sind und beanstandet haben das dies nicht funktioniere. Das Frühstück war okay aber auch hier kenne ich anderes von einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Nicht alles war immer frisch und damit meine ich zum Beispiel den verhärteten Rand vom Käse. Unser Zimmer war nicht dreckig aber auch nicht wirklich gereinigt und Klopapier musste man ebenfalls anfragen. Zudem kommt, dass sich Nachts ein unangenehmer Geruch verbreitet hatte der von unserer Toilette kam bzw. von den Abflussrohren. Hier mussten wir Nachts am Empfang anrufen und fragen ob denn alles okay sei. Aber wie gesagt, das Personal war stets bemüht uns zu helfen und war immer freundlich und höflich.

Заказывали делюкс номер на три человека, а заселили в обычный номер и раскладушка в проходе. На все возвражения они сказали, что такого номера, который есть на сайте у них вообще нет в наличии. Не рекомендую этот отель.

The hotel does not have a reception lobby for the entrance only and when checking out of the hotel they asked to pay the room value on the grounds that the amount paid for the site did not reach them and therefore I will not be able to leave the hotel until I pay, I refused and asked them to contact the company since I have proof of payment And deduct the amount from the credit card, treating them to live up to 4 stars

In overal it was a really clean hotel with a nice and very friendly staff, Nupelda hotel is like a hotel appartment with the acceptable standards.

Perfect holiday experience
We stayed at Nupelda Bosphorus hotel for 8 nights and we are really satisfied with everything. First of all hotel is on a perfect location. Staff is very friendly and helpful and are trying to help you solve any problem that you face. They actually brought our pizza delivery to our room and made sure that we are satisfied with everything. Cleanliness is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel, since everything is perfectly cleaned and since cleaning ladies even helped us to fold our laundry. When it comes to rooms all I can say is that they were absolutely perfect, with enough space for everything. Although we were skeptical about room size, we were really positively surprised, since as I have previously mentioned there is enough space for everything and since everything is modern and new. We also met General Manager who even waited for our taxi with us when we were checking out and talked to us in order to make sure everything was perfect. Overall I would say that this was our perfect stay, which we will always remember. This is by far the best hotel we could have chosen within that price range and we are definitely coming next year in order to relive our perfect trip to Istanbul.

Point positifs : Nous sommes arrivés sur 2 journées différentes et la navette s’est déplacée les 2 fois à l’aéroport pour venir récupérer chaque personne . L’hôtel est bien placé par rapport au centre ville et monuments. Points négatifs: Dans la chambre il y avait une odeur de canalisation et il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser fratuitemzbg.
