It really wasn’t what is shown in pictures and it’s at the top floor with no stairs. The room wasn’t ready when I got there. Lots of room for improvement.

Totally disappointing and disgusting

Disappointing, none of the amenities listed on hotels.com on offer were available. No housekeeping services, limited reception services and absolutely a filthy run down hovel in desperate need of renovation on all levels. Shower and bathroom facilities all in need of an upgrade, with towel holders falling off the wall, shower doors that don't close and exposed pipes coming out of walls. Returning in the night the auto Sensor Lights turn off within 30 seconds making it impossible to put your hotel room key in the lock before going dark and having to move further down the hall to reactivate the lights. The beds wide and hard has pillows that feel as if they haven't been changed in a year. Rude surly staff, they were more concerned with getting money out of your pocket, and trying to get you not to book with hotels.com but rather book and pay them directly so that they didn't have to pay the commission for their listings. Location is the old part of the city and about a 15-minute uphill walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. View is of an alleyway with a minaret visible. Shabby fold up chairs and press board table makeup 3 non functional dining area, where no food is served, breakfast lunch or dinner in spite of the advertising that these meals are available. All reviews for this hotel that are favorable, are circumspect, because nobody in their right mind would give this an exceptional review. A terrible experience at the " YUK" AT hotel

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in my life. Everything that was advertised on hotel.com was not there.No buffet breakfast, no slippers, no satellite television regular regional channels, no daily housekeeping, no oveehead rain showers no room service, no 24-hour desk, not even someone to answer the phone most of the time or to let guests in, this responsibility was delegated to another guest who was staying there long-term. On my second morning I made a inquiry as to where there was breakfast at first the owner begins to tell me that because I've booked non-refundable room I'm not entitled to breakfast. Showing him the listing on hotels.com for my room where it clearly states that I am entitled to breakfast he then changes story to say that none of the rooms have breakfast and that there's no breakfast is being served in all Istanbul. When I pointed out that I just come from a friends hotel where I'd had breakfast the day before he informed me that I must be mistaken. Furthermore when I addressed these concerns as to why you advertising all these things when in fact you deliver none of them he made the arrangement resulting in two stamps being removed from my hotels.com membership for the stay in his hotel. Even the name of the hotel is a fabrication because the old hotel called Buhara had received so many bad reviews it was removed from listings, so with new name back up and running with the same terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone

Hotelleitung sehr unfreundlich. Mir wurde Storm und Wasser grundlos und ohne Ankündigung abgestellt. Daraufhin wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt,was jedoch eher einer abstellkammer zu bezeichnen ist. nie wieder!!!

Уютный небольшой отель в 5 минутах от голубой мечети, практически самый центр города. Бронировал номер на одного, но такого не оказалось, дали номер на 3х ) Простенькие номера, но по большому счёту в отель приходил помыться и переночевать, за такую цену вполне приемлемо )

I was given a room of the kitchen/dining room( full of people talking loudly) with mold on the ceiling and walls. I didnt stay at this hotel and was forced to look at different hotel in the midlle of the night.

Отдыхали в отеле Якут с 26.04.18г по 05.05.18г - понравилось расположение (близко от центра), есть хороший ориентир - мечеть Малая София, всегда её можно найти - все местные знают, заблудиться не получится! Очень гостеприимный хозяин, все показал как попасть в музеи, где лучшие специи! Любой вопрос решался очень быстро, помогли с трансфером до аэропорта! Только выезжать надо заранее - пробки, очередь на входе в аэропорт, на сдаче багажа, на паспортном контроле и на Taxfri! Мы выехали за 4 часа - успели все, но бегали как спортсмены - на багаж и паспортный вошли без очереди, боялись опоздать! В остальном всё отлично - посмотрели 17 достопримечательностей Стамбула, все купили, что хотели. Последний день уже просто гуляли по центру!
