“We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”

There was no blinds in the windows in a ground floor apartment; The toilet seat was broken and there was no DOOR in the bedroom… I will never recommend this place”

“Despite the late June heatwave, we had a wonderful week in Bologna, and were delighted with our accommodation - Paolo's apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and perfectly located, just a short walk from the very centre. As other reviewers have commented, Piazza Aldrovandi gets busy at night, but for us this was one of the big attractions - you really feel immersed in the life of the city. “This apartment is in the city center with easy accessibility to all of wonderful things to do in Bologna. The host was an excellent communicator and provided plenty of information about where to eat and what to do. The view from the balcony is 10/10. The pictures are accurate. The area of town is loud at night as it is in the area of town with Uni students but we had no problem drowning out the sound in the apartment with the fan provided.
