Villa Nèfisi is the ideal place for those who want a peaceful refuge in contact with nature where it is also possible, from time to time, to hear the flocks grazing on the hill.
Its position allows you to reach the sea and numerous tourist and cultural places.
After passing an arch dating back to Roman times, you can reach the Villa with a Mediterranean garden in the hills and among the olive trees.
The guests of the house enjoy independent access and three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom on different floors.
The master bedroom is panoramic and has a private terrace overlooking the surrounding valley.
One of the rooms is free of architectural barriers.
A bright living room with windows and fireplace is the heart of the house.
The Villa is completed by a dining room and kitchen, two bathrooms with tub and shower, a cellar and an attic with bathroom.
In the garden there is an outdoor hot shower and a hammock in the shade of olive and carob trees for guests.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the attic.
The garden and all outdoor areas are at the guests' disposal.

The nearby Itri station allows you to reach both Rome and Naples in just over an hour by train.
The port of Formia is 7 km away by car and is connected to the Pontine Islands of Ponza and Ventotene.
The Gulf of Gaeta and the Piana di Sant'Agostino beach are about 10 km away.
The beach of Vindicio in Formia is a meeting point for windsurfers, while in Sperlonga it is possible to choose between the numerous beaches of Levante and Ponente and the Grotta di Tiberio once part of the ancient Villa of the Roman Emperor now included in the Museum National Archaeological of Sperlonga and WWF Oasis.
In the center of Itri it is possible to visit the Medieval Castle and enjoy the theater and music festivals. On the top of Mount Fusco, about ten km from the center of Itri, there is the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Civita, nestled between the Aurunci and Ausoni mountains, a destination for many pilgrims and with a panorama that goes from the Circeo to the island of 'Ischia.
