The Perfect Stay

A beautiful home and wonderful location. Very easy to communicate with when we had a question, the beds were very comfortable and the home had a lot of open living space. Fully stocked kitchen and close to pools. Would love to stay here again.

Loved it!

We had a great time here. Loved the outside patio area, can’t beat the views from the house. Neighborhood amenities were great.

Great property for fall break

We came down for fall break, and had a fantastic time! The property was clean, amenities were great. The kids loved the 2 pools and ping pong table.

Fantastic place to stay

Clean, comfortable and great location. Loved the pools and walking paths. Only wish the fitness center was better equipped and the equipment was working. Would definitely stay here again!

TVs do not get any tv channels. Have to use streaming services which I dont use and even the bedrooms would not connect to anything.

Grandsons baseball tournament

We’ve been coming every fall and spring to watch my grandson play baseball. This is our favorite place we’ve ever rented. We loved it. It is beautiful, clean, and has a really great water park. We loved it and hope to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we rented was absolutely beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and we felt right at home. Our kids loved all the pools and amenities. We spent most of the day hanging out in both pool areas and we never got bored. I would definitely recommend this property

The house was one of the best stocked vacation homes we've visited. We really appreciated the plentiful linens and well stocked kitchen. The pools were very fun and pretty warm for April. We enjoyed the back patio and the wonderful weather as well. Very well cleaned.

Great week of PTO

We loved the location and the amenities. We biked, we swam, groceries and near by food were great! We did snow canyon, the St. George children’s museum, the dinosaur museum, pioneer and red hills garden parks. We walked to near by playgrounds and played some pickle ball. There was lots to do and lots of fun! One thing I did learn is that deliveries via Amazon or the postal service and ups will not be made to a vacation rental. (Maybe something to list in the welcome packet.)

The door code was a slight problem twice. The main TV was difficult to decipher . Other than those two "problems" all else was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lot of fun here! The only bad thing was the dirty carpet! I read other reviews about dirty carpet and ignored them. It was so dirty it turned my babies knees and feet black when she crawled on it.

Loved this house!

This was such a fun vacation. The only thing that I would have to complain is that when we got to the house the code that the property management gave us wouldn’t work and I had to call and they had to clear it. Then when we got in the house there was laundry in the washer and dryer, crumbs on the counter and no sheets on the bunk beds. I did reach out to the management team and they said they would send over the cleaners. But we never did see them. But over all the house was a forsure 10/10!! Such a great place. It was just the cleaners that didn’t do their job, nothing with the house its self! Loved the pools and location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful, clean, spacious house. My son loved the pools. Easy access to town and playgrounds. Close to hiking and other adventures. A few minor details: the master bedroom is not dark even at night, would recommend owner purchase black out curtains for a more restful sleep. Also, gym had several broken items of equipment. Lastly, Wi-Fi is not very strong to work from the house. Would recommend improving signal speed and strength. Overall, it was a great place, my family had a nice week stay.
