Guests will have full access to the home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and amenities, as well as access to the community pool and shared amenities. Please note that the HVAC closet, cleaning closet, and three basement storage closets are not accessible to guests. Additionally, the door between the bunk rooms is a restricted area. These spaces are securely closed off and are not part of the guest-accessible areas.

The property offers garage parking for up to 2 vehicles, along with 2 additional spaces in the driveway. There is also nearby guest parking available within the community. Standard vehicles, including larger trucks like a Ford F-150, can be accommodated.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- No parties or large gatherings
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
- Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM
- A $500 refundable credit card hold or a $35 non‑refundable damage waiver is required before check‑in.
