Large Family gatherings

Beautiful home. Beautiful area. Fun, safe pools for our 8 grandkids under 8 years old. Lots of room for our family of 18 to be together, but individual spaces for us to spread out too.

Great Place For Kids!

Our kids loved this place as it was right against the pool! We enjoyed getting away from the snow for a couple of days and wish we could've stayed longer. Definitely want to go again soon! The home was also great and plenty big for the amount of guests we had.

Amazing!

This place was the best! Lots of room, we had our 4 families staying here and the kids loved that they were able to walk to the pool and we could watch them having fun from the patio! Very good location! And the bed was so comfy! Two minutes away from a Harmons which always has amazing food! Overall, we had room for 11 kids, and 8 adults!

A little of paradise.

This home is well furnished and the location is perfect for watch the kids in the pool or going to the pool for a day of fun in the sun. (even in November) The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked with kitchen items to make our stay easy.

This home has a great location and amenities. The property management company was great to deal with overall. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because of some cleanliness issues that I’m sure could be easily remedied for future stays.

Fun in Santa Clara

We love Paradise Village and this home did not disappoint. Close to the pool with plenty of space for a group of 13. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Love the home. Unfortunately I had to wash bedding & blanket.

Property was amazing but the sheets were not. They had hair (long black) and dirt on them. Spent first day just rewashing . The blanket in the baskets were sticky and needed to be washed. Sorry to complain but I would hope all bedding , including throws would be clean after every use.

This was a great property. Home was clean. Pools were great. We had so much fun at the pools that we didn’t leave the complex very much. Kids we’re having a blast! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Location and floor plan is great, we really enjoyed this home!! Our kids had a blast at the water park, and we could watch them from the patio or roof top which was great! Kitchen very well equipped, lots of extras everywhere. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage as well as the bikes and pool toys, board games and video games. The listing said to bring your own beach towels, but the property has a whole bunch so don't bother. They are however not supplying hangers in the 5 closets which was a bit of a letdown (We had to go and buy our own which we think is a bit ridiculous when spending this kind of money on a rental) Our only complaints: the carpets are in dire need of a professional cleaning. The rest of the house was clean, but the carpets were quite stained. Overall we did enjoy this property very much. Near to hiking and exploring, and it was nice to have the grocery store around the corner. Would rent again!

The place was beautiful, but it had cockroaches.

This was a beautiful house, it was very spacious and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. We loved that the pool was right behind the house and we were able to keep an eye on the kids while we sat out in the patio. The private hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. However, what we did not like was having to pay such a high cleaning fee when there were cockroaches in the rooms, we killed more than 10 cockroaches, it was pretty gross. Also, we did not like that we had to pay the fee since we did all the cleaning and we left the house clean the same way it was when we arrived. We washed all the dishes and put them away, and we took out the trash and swept the entire house.
