“There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is. ”

“Property was lovely and spacious,clean and everything you need. Disadvantage was the parking. I have mobility issues so was unable to park far away. Unloaded my car and then parked. Room 11 a little noisey as next to the garden room stairs and lower ground but you cant help noisey people. A soft closer on the door would help. Overall though a lovely place and i would stay again. Thank you 😊 ”

“Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. “Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .”

“The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.”
