“夜食無料サービスが良かった。 カレーライスや冷食、レトルトの親子丼等があり、カレーを食べたが美味しくて大満足でした。 部屋は横幅がなく奥行きしかないシンプルな部屋でした。ただ、テーブルが枕元と部屋の入り口に1つずつあり、使い勝手は充分でした。 UBにはスキンケアの乳液等もあり、小規模なホテルながら、備品やサービスの充実によりコスパの良いホテルだなと思いました。スタッフも親切でした。”

“The hotel is amazing—well maintained and offering great amenities such as hot spring baths, yukatas to wear around the hotel, a wide selection of bath accessories, and a shuttle service to the station. The only downside is that the staff dont speak English, but they genuinely try to understand you, and using a translator works perfectly fine.”

“綺麗な設備で気持ちよく宿泊できました。車で訪れたのですが、広島市で駐車場代が無料なのもありがたいです。大浴場もついていてサウナもあってのんびりできました。今回は利用できなかったですがフロント前のカフェ施設も綺麗でリーズナブルでした。また利用したいです！”

“Está muy lejos del puerto de Mijajima, no hay transporte para llegar allá. El propietario nunca me envio detalles de cómo sería el check in. Llegue de noche, me comuniqué con él y dijo que me había mandado ese mismo día un Mail de que me estaba esperando. El Mail nunca me lo envió por antelación. Estando ahí le dije, yo puedo llegar sola solo dime cómo. No, no hay forma de llegar a la granja. El no estaba ahí. Muy mala experiencia. No me reembolsaron nada y tuve que gastar en otro hotel. ”

“Good location and convenient with breakfast, snacks, and a washing machine. Staff are nice but would be a better experience if more of them were multilingual. Some only spoke Japanese and it was difficult to communicate simple things such as whether the tap water was drinkable or whether check out was completed.”
