Lush and expansive property. It’s a tropical paradise, secluded and very private. A very unique property for Guatemalan’s Pacific Coast. Although technically not on the beach, as it’s located on the canal, this might be a plus as you enjoy the privacy and the beautiful surroundings. The beach on this part of the coast is rather steep and not that enjoyable anyway. Still, you can hear the waves crush as it is very close, This is a great family-friendly vacation home surrounded by a lush tropical garden It has recently been renovated which makes it even better. Some minor improvements such as an oven in the kitchen and improve kitchenware provide paper towels will make it just perfect. Nice pool towels are provided. Seating areas around the pool and social areas are really enjoyable.
