“The location is private and quiet. The cabin is quaint, but could have been cleaner (dirty floors/smelt like campfire) and some repairs made (floor is peeling up, porch lights were burnt out). There are plenty of fresh linens and bath towels. The kitchen had dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc. and a dishwasher, microwave and an air fryer. We enjoyed having our morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch. The backyard had a fire pit, a charcoal grill and table/chairs. For those...

“Friendly, helpful staff, pet friendly. I always enjoy my stay. The only thing I would like to see brought back is the waffle maker that was one of my favorite things and I’ve heard other people say the same thing. Please bring back the waffle makers and it would be nice to have a coffee and a microwave in the room as well, but the remodeling is absolutely beautiful and again the staff that works there are one of a kind I have never seen such hospitality.”

“Directions to the property was correct, but getting into the property was a little tricky with a 20 foot trailer behind the truck. No where to turn the trailer around had to back about 200 yards to turn trailer around. Cottage is quiet and cozy”

“Great stay.”

“We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was clean, the location was great and peaceful and easy proximity to red river gorge and hiking, which was our main attraction to the area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub and a new side porch, which were wonderful. I would visit this place again! Thank you!”

“Absolutely horrible experience. The shower was spewing coffee colored water and the shower head was broken into pieces. Manager (GM named Blake) refused to speak with me about it. Charged full price. In spite of this being the second chance time I stayed (first time was full of gnats- and I mean FULL). Would never recommend”

“Property was unable to be found on google maps. Good maps actually takes you to someone’s private residence. The front porch was nice and the scenery was beautiful. The cabin did have mice so would recommend traps of some sort.”

“This was our second visit! We loved staying in this container cabin. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great escape in the gorge area!”

“Our family had the best time here. Dennis is a good host! ”

“It was a nice little cabin exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay thank you very much.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. First off, the views are stunning — the high ceilings and those big picture windows make you feel like you're out in the middle of nature, but you're not totally cut off either, since there are other cabins around the area. Best of both worlds. We came during one of the hottest weeks, and the house stayed easily cool the whole time, which we really appreciated. One thing to know: you genuinely need a solid AWD or 4WD for that driveway. I wouldn't try it in a...

“Room clean, great water pressure. Breakfast was standard fare, clean dining room. Easy parking.”
