We were given a room without window shade (broken and removed). When we found out later in the evening I called the front desk and the girl who booked us in said that she knew it already, and asked me whether I want a discount or to switch a room. Totally unapologetic! How could she just kept quiet and waited us to call! We had to repack our bags and stuff and switched to an adjacent room late in the night. I will do my best not be in this type of hotel anymore.

The hotel was absolutely fine and very convenient. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel because they were pet friendly. When I booked, there was absolutely no mention that there was an additional pet fee. The fee was quite high, about $85 with taxes. I was irritated that this was never mentioned during the online booking process.

The only downside was the was no food or anything like that, but it was right off the interstate. And the other downside was the ac stopped working in our room. The were renovating the hotel though.

The front desk was rude upon arriving. The property was priced like a Hilton 187$ a night but was keep poorly. Room was dusty and wiring too light was sticking out of the wall. Not worth the money

Really bad. Find something else.
Price too high for what you get. Sink was dirty, desk chair was crusted with previous guest chuncks of food. Shower curtain was too high up causing floor to flood when showering. One of window curtains was missing the decorative box that covers the roll mechanism.

Nice with a surprise
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but we were charged a non-refundable $83 for having a dog. I didn't recall seeing that anywhere on Hotels.com when i made the reservation.

Convient to highway. Clean/updated lobby was nice. Must drive to restaurants or have delivered. Construction debris in back parking lot needs to be cleaned up. Little pricey for a Monday night stay. Overall, satisfied with the property.

Brought my Yorkie and had a great stay, plenty of grassy areas around for him to be off his leash after a 12 hour car ride from FL. Breakfast was great with plenty of options—just wish it was offered a little later until 10am on weekends 😉 10 mins to town, and next to gas station and right off the highway so it’s a convenient location also. Room size was excellent and the staff is very friendly as well.

Reception was not overly friendly upon arrival; little assistance when asked about local restaurants. Came with cat; bed had huge tear in box spring; cat stuck for period of time; requested xtra pillows as we had used all available to block holes in and around bed; was given two pillows with no pillow cases. Hammering in room above ours beyond 6pm. No hand soap in bathroom. No cold water in shower or at sink; unable to regulate temp; only hot to scalding; was unable able to shower following 10 hours on the road.

Horrible
Girl at front desk not friendly at all and was put out if you asked questions. Tried calling front desk multiple times during the night and it was always busy. No cold water in shower so water was scalding hot. The hotel needs to be cleaned. Pool not open.

The room was comfortable with good in-room amenities. The pillow was lumpy as if the filling was clumping. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were efficient though not particularly outgoing.

We came in for a softball tournament for the weekend . Our room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. . We will definitely stay there again if we are back up that way.

I specifically chose this property because it lists its amenities as having an outdoor pool. My family was in Jackson for an extended stay for business and wanted to relax by the pool during the days that we were there. The place was torn up for repairs the whole time and the pool as padlocked with a sign that said closed for the season. Why would you choose your main travel season to tear up the hallways, the pool, and half of the parking lot? The breakfast was not kept supplied and there was a wait every morning to put out more supplies. There is no air conditioning in the halls and the summers are quite hot and muggy in that region. This is supposed to be a Hampton Inn owned by Hilton. Because of this, the prices are quite a bit higher than other hotels in the area. This place is more like an Econolodge.

Pool was closed. Desk clerk said he would reduce my rate but I don’t know if that happened. Lots of construction at the hotel. Room’s entry face plate came off. I was given another room that smelled smoky. Breakfast was not good. No nearby restaurants.

We booked this hotel mainly due to the pool since my kids wanted to swim. Pool was closed and there were no mention of it on the website. Room AC was dirty and one bed wasnt tucked and have an under sheet.cjeck in was long and one person was manning the breakfast rush and was doing a great job. But you can tell she was overwhelmed. No coffee cups in the front until we asked for refills. For $250 a night I expected more.
